guides you through an all-new specialty certification blending
classic Hatha Yoga postures with the Resist-A-BallŪ. We
have found that the Resist-A-BallŪ actually makes Hatha
Yoga more accessible to a wider range of body types and
fitness levels. The support of the ball allows the body
to roll into positions with progression developing muscular
strength and stabilization during the training process.
