You may phone in your registration payment using Visa or MasterCard to guarantee the current conference rate. Your signed waiver of liability and your session requests must be faxed, e-mailed or mailed in within seven (7) business days after your phone payment. Session requests are not accepted over the phone. Make sure to mark the "Check here if previously registered by phone" checkbox to avoid duplicate billing.

canfitpro members pay the lowest registration fees. Please be sure that your membership is current at the time of the conference. If your membership expires before the conference date, please add the membership renewal cost of $78 to your subtotal.

NON-MEMBER RATE

Special offer to non-members: when you register at the non-member rate, you will receive a one-year Professional membership! Value of $98

STUDENT RATE

canfitpro offers a special conference registration rate for students currently enrolled in high school, or a post-secondary program. To be eligible, students must be over 16 years of age and hold a current canfitpro Student membership prior to registering for the conference. Membership registration is available online with verification of student status.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

If you missed the registration deadline of November 1, 2017, you may register on-site at the canfitpro Registration Desk. On-site payment may be by cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard. No personal cheques please. On-site registration will provide access to sessions on a stand-by basis. On-site registration is non-refundable.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Delegates registering before September 28, 2017 will receive a confirmation and receipt by e-mail. If no confirmation is received within one business week after you submitted your registration (allow more time for mailed registrations), please contact us immediately at 416-493-3515, or toll free 1-800-667-5622 or e-mail conferences@canfitpro.com. Your confirmation e-mail is required for you to sign in at the Registration Desk and attend the conference.

PAYMENT

Payment must be included with each method of registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed. If you are paying by cheque, coupon, voucher, or credit note, you must mail in your registration; please do not fax. Registrations with NSF cheques are subject to an administration fee of $25 (plus applicable taxes), and will not be processed.

DELEGATE REFERRAL INCENTIVE

Refer a first-time delegate to the conference and receive a $10 gift certificate to use at the canfitpro trade show booth and/or future canfitpro purchases! The person referred by you must clearly write your name in section 5 of his/her registration form. You will be able to pick up your gift certificate at the registration desk when checking in.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Groups of four or more entitle each delegate to receive a discount of $10 off the registration fee (before tax).

Please send complete group registrations by fax, e-mail, or mail and include a cover sheet listing all people in the group and clearly indicate the name of the person to receive the complimentary registration. If any member of the group is paying by cheque, then all registrations must be received by mail.

Note: Once a registration is processed, discounts and/or promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively. Discounts only apply to conference registration fees, and are not applicable for pre-conference sessions.

DISCOUNTS/PROMOTIONAL CODES

ACCESSIBILITY

fitEAST- HALIFAX powered by canfitpro treats all attendees including those with special access needs with respect and dignity. People with special needs are entitled to the same access as any other attendee. Persons with disabilities are required to pay full admission however one attendant/caregiver will receive complimentary admission. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations for event and/or Intensive Workshops must be received in writing (fax/mail/) to canfitpro or by email to conferences@canfitpro.com .

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the conference date will not incur a cancellation penalty.

Cancellations received between 5 and 60 days prior to the published start date of the event will be charged an administration fee of 15% of the total fee (plus applicable taxes).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five (5) days prior to the published start date of the event.

No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows, partially used registrations or on-site registrations.

SESSION REQUEST

Fill in the session codes in the spaces provided on the registration form. We ask you to fill in your first through fourth requests for each time slot to increase the likelihood of being registered for a session of your choice.

Note: canfitpro reserves the right to change or cancel any session or presenter.

STAND-BY PROCEDURE

If all session requests are full, you will be assigned a “stand-by” status, which allows you to attend any session during that time slot on a space-available basis. You will be admitted to the session after the pre-registered delegates. Equipment may not be available for stand-by delegates.

Confirmed delegates: you risk losing your space in a session if you arrive late. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
