Space in sessions is filled on a space-available, first-received, first-processed basis. Please register early to avoid disappointment.

MEMBER RATE

Our canfitpro members pay the lowest registration fees. Please be sure that your membership is current at the time of the event. If your membership expires before the event date, please add the membership renewal cost of $78 to your subtotal.

You may register on-site at the canfitpro Registration Desk. On-site payment may be made by cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard. No personal cheques please.

On-site registration will provide access to sessions on a standby basis. On-site registration is non-refundable.

You may phone in your registration payment using Visa or MasterCard to guarantee the current event rate. Session requests and signed waiver of liability must be faxed, emailed, or mailed in within seven (7) business days after your phone payment submission. Make sure to mark the “Check here if previously registered by phone” checkbox to avoid duplicate billing. Registering by phone will guarantee you the current event rate, but session requests are not accepted over the phone. Please send in your session requests right away to avoid disappointment – session requests are assigned on a first-received, first-processed basis.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Delegates registering in advance of the event weekend will receive a confirmation letter and receipt by email. If no confirmation is received within one business week after you submitted your registration (allow more time for mailed registrations), please contact us immediately at 416-493-3515, or toll free at 1-800-667-5622, or email events@canfitpro.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You will be required to present your confirmation letter and photo ID at the Registration Desk in order to sign in and attend the event.

PAYMENT

Payment must be included with each method of registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed. If you are paying by cheque, coupon, voucher, or credit note, you must mail in your registration form; please do not fax. Registrations with NSF cheques are subject to an administration fee of $25 (plus applicable taxes), and will not be processed.

DELEGATE REFERRAL INCENTIVE

Refer a first time delegate to the event and receive a $10 gift certificate to use at the canfitpro trade show booth and/or any future canfitpro purchases! The person referred by you must clearly write your name in a related section of the registration form. You will be able to pick up your gift certificate at the Registration Desk when signing in.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Groups of four or more entitle each delegate to receive a discount of $10 off the registration fee (before tax).

Groups of 10 or more are eligible for an additional complimentary registration. When 10 delegates pay for the event, an eleventh delegate receives a complimentary registration, and each member in the group receives the $10 discount. (Complimentary registration does not include canfitpro membership.)

Send complete group registrations by fax, e-mail, or mail and include a cover sheet listing all group members and clearly indicate the name of the person to receive the complimentary registration (if applicable). If any member of the group is paying by cheque, then all registrations must be received by mail. Group registrations cannot be submitted on-line.

Note: Once a registration is processed, discounts and/or promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively. Discounts only apply to event registration fees, and are not applicable for Intensives or additional materials.

IF YOUR EMPLOYER IS PAYING FOR YOUR REGISTRATION

Regardless of who is paying for your registration, payment must accompany your registration form. Form without payment will not be processed. Sorry, no purchase orders and no invoicing.

PARTIAL REGISTRATIONS

Single-session registrations are not available. It is not permissible to split a registration between two people. Delegates found violating this rule will be expelled from the event without refund. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially-used registrations (i.e. left early on event day).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations for event and/or Intensive Workshops must be received in writing (fax/mail) to canfitpro or by email at events@canfitpro.com.

Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the published start date of the event will not incur a cancellation penalty.

Cancellations received between five (5) and 60 days prior to the published start date of the event will be charged an administration fee of 15% of the total event registration fee (plus applicable taxes).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than five (5) days prior to the published start date of the event.

No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows, partially used registrations, on-site registrations or membership fees.

SESSION REQUESTS

If you do not choose to select your sessions online then you must fill in the session codes in the spaces provided on the registration form. We ask you to fill in your first through third requests for each time slot to ensure that you are registered for a session of your choice.

Note: canfitpro reserves the right to change or cancel any session or presenter.

STAND-BY PROCEDURE

If all session requests are full, you will be assigned a “stand-by” status, which allows you to attend any session during that time slot on a space-available basis. You will be admitted to the session after the pre-registered delegates. Equipment may not be available for stand-by delegates. Confirmed delegates: you risk losing your space in a session if you arrive late. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the session.
