DELEGATE KIT PICK-UP

You must pick up your delegate kit at the registration desk prior to attending sessions. Your delegate kit includes your name badge which enables your access to sessions and the expo hall. To pick up your delegate kit, you require your confirmation letter. Your confirmation letter can be either a printed paper copy or an electronic version on your smart phone. You are not permitted to pick up a delegate kit belonging to another person.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION

For your convenience, your event Certificate of Completion will be available to download from your Member Profile at www.canfitprointeractive.com approximately four weeks after the event.

CEC TRACKING

Your name badge will have a unique barcode to identify you as a event delegate. You will be required to show your name badge to the room monitor before attending any session. At this time the room monitor will scan your bar code to confirm your session attendance.

Your name badge must be scanned for you to receive CECs for the session.

You will receive CECs for the first session you attend in each time period. Please make sure you arrive promptly for your session. If you arrive 20 minutes after the session starts, you will have missed a substantial part of the education and will not be eligible for CECs.

ATTENDING SESSIONS

To attend sessions, you must present your name badge at the session room door. The reverse side of your name badge lists the sessions for which you have pre-registered. Please have your name badge ready for review by the room monitor when entering sessions. To maintain the integrity of the event, only paying delegates, volunteers, and those approved by canfitpro are invited to attend sessions. Any attendees found violating these rules will be removed from the venue and their canfitpro membership and certification(s) will be revoked.

Please ensure you arrive on time for your session and your name badge is scanned before entering the session room.

HANDOUTS

Session handouts will be available online one week prior and 30 days after the event. Handouts will be listed by session number and name, and will be subject to availability (as submitted by presenter). Please remember to print your session handouts and bring them on-site or view them on your tablet or smart phone. The venue does have a photocopy service available; however this will be at your expense (currently .30/page).

EQUIPMENT

Without the equipment provided by our sponsors, the variety of sessions available to you would be limited. Please help us ensure the integrity of our event and our relationship with our sponsors by respecting their property. Theft costs everyone. If you are found taking equipment that does not belong to you, you will be removed from the event and your canfitpro membership and certification(s) will be revoked.

CHILDREN AND BABIES

For the safety and consideration of all concerned, particularly your child’s, children and babies are not allowed into event sessions at any time. This includes babies in strollers. This is also necessary to maintain the educational atmosphere of the event sessions. Contact your hotel about childcare and nursing facilities. Children and babies are allowed on the trade show floor, but are not permitted to use any of the equipment being shown.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND AUDIO TAPING

Video and audio taping of sessions in their entirety is not permitted, however, photography and short audio and video clips taken for the purpose of sharing on social media will be permitted in most sessions. Please check with a session room monitor if you are unsure.

FRAGRANCE-FREE

While we recognize that deodorant is necessary (especially after an intense workout!), please limit the use of scented products.

LOST/STOLEN NAME BADGES

If you lose your name badge at the event, a $10 replacement fee will apply. Name badges MUST be worn for the full duration of the event. Admittance into sessions is not permitted without a name badge.

EVALUATIONS & SURVEY

Your feedback is important to us and we read every evaluation submitted. During and after the event you will receive a link to our event survey, where you can provide your opinion on every aspect of the event. Please take the time to complete the survey and help us provide you with your best event experience.
